Part 2: Creative Visualisations

In this session Laetitia will take you on a journey on how to feel limitless. This creative visualisation is based on the teachings of the ancient wisdom of the yogi tradition. The session will stimulate energy and sense of purpose.

Be sure do this in a safe environment. And in an area where you feel comfortable, safe and without distractions.
For the most immersive experience, headphones are advisable.

The session is created with music from Yellow Brick Cinema, which stimulates brain wave activity. The session is inspired by the breathing techniques of Wim Hof, Some Breath, Dr Joe Dispenza, “The healing power of the breath” – by Richard P. Brown and Patricia L. Gerbarg and last but not least “Breath” – by James Nestor


Part 3: Body Balance

Welcome to the last part of this mini Monkkey course

Now that we have calmed the mind and placed it in a positive mindset, feeling empowered and limitless, it is time to do something with our energy! Our mind and our body need to be in sync for optimal performance and results.

Next to the creative visualisations, Body balance is another important pillar in the 21 Monkkey Awakening journey.
With these lessons we will transform our body into a strong but flexible tool that supports our brain and our mind. By performing these exercises in combination with breathwork, you will not only train your body to be more flexible and in a better shape. It will also make you feel better, happier and more energetic.
Don’t worry if this lesson was too fast paced or difficult to follow. Within the 21 day course we will teach you all the basics in order for you to be able to do this full workout with ease. Most of all enjoy the workout session and feel the impact of it on your body and mind.
